Suspended Animation is a fashion brand that I developed for my capstone project for the MICA Grad Show Exhibit. Suspended Animation is built upon the foundation of individuality. We cultivate moments and feelings to curate pieces that distinguish the quality and character of our wearers. We cater to the divergent human nature and we encourage all to suspend your doubts, and animate your reality. I developed a brand based on the concept of individuality, taking risks, and following your dreams. From clothing curation, design, and fabric application to exhibition execution I created a real entity built for longevity.
“Down The Rabbit Hole” was a collaborative piece with few of my fellow classmates. Our brief was to some how change the space (hallway) using 3-dimensional typography. Our intention was to play on the phrase “Down the rabbit hole” which as full-time students as something we go through all to often. From the endless pit of social media to the mundane class to class trek through the hall way.
The purpose of this installation was to not only entertain and force students to notice something new but to also entrap them within a “rabbit hole” by only giving them the full message from specific vantage points. By creating different vantage points as you walk passed students were engaged to walk back and forth to gather the phrase.

Multi-media and multi-sensory design have become the topic of conversation in the design industry. It is no longer adequate to purely be a graphic designer. During my time as a Visual Design Intern at Scoppechio, a leading design agency in Louisville, KY, I assisted in the creation of a few marketing and promotional assets for a national roll out with Kentucky Fried Chicken. In collaboration with the agency's Art Director I created this collection of marketing elements.
The first three elements pertain to KFC's "Re- Colonization" program geared towards revamping the traditional KFC branding and incorporating franchisee's in the process. With a focus on paying homage to KFC's traditional roots, they assigned me to create personalized vintage certificates that would be distributed to make franchisee's feel a part of KFC's rich history.
The next two promotional elements showcase the "Colonel's Chicken Sandwich" and the "Zinger Sandwich" which had just been released for market testing. These two layouts would serve as coupons sent in mailing catalogs for KFC.
The final two formats display a cutout that advertises the new "Nashville Hot Chicken" "Meal Deals." These prints were placed along side the drive-through marquee. As well as a window decal advertising the new "Nashville Hot Chicken".
