The social district: south park la

Over the course of a year, The team at ghost note partnered with South Park BID in Downtown LA to create a dynamic brand that embodies the duality of modern urban living—a vibrant, human-first community where residents, visitors, and innovators connect. Through workshops with the BID team and community board members, as well as interviews and surveys with local businesses, tenants, and residents, we ensured the brand was deeply authentic and encapsulated a diverse spectrum of moments. the big and the small, the loud and the quiet, the personal and the communal. The result is a chic, modular identity that balances clean refinement with playful energy, reflecting South Park’s essence and vision for the future.
